We're seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to represent leading nonprofit organizations through in-person marketing, community outreach, and customer engagement campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in client relations, field marketing, sales, nonprofit marketing, communications, or customer experience.
What You'll Do- Represent nonprofit clients at in-person marketing campaigns and community events.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service and educate customers about client programs and services.
- Build relationships that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Support the coordination and execution of field marketing campaigns.
- Communicate customer feedback and campaign insights to management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.
- Support the launch and growth of new client campaigns.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, or marketing experience is a plus—but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking with different audiences.
- Positive, professional, and results-oriented attitude.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.
