About the Role

We are seeking a high-velocity Product Marketing Manager to join our insurance unit's outbound product management team to drive product advocacy for the Life & Wealth Americas sector. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, customer success, and analyst relations. The ideal candidate will consume market trends and competitive intel then translates our technical capabilities into clear business value. You will build content and infographics to showcase how our agentic AI and software products help our customers succeed.

This is a hands-on role for a product focused strategist and content creator, comfortable in front of executives on stage as well as in support of others' success. You will help define where we win, why customers should care, and how our teams communicate value consistently across every stage of the buyer journey. You are energized by outpacing competitors for mindshare. You understand life insurance to speak credibly to carriers, MGAs, and brokers. You excel at taking strategic messaging pillars and translating them for both tech and non-technical audiences. You move fast, getting compelling content out to the right channels in the optimal formats to cut through the noise: thought leadership, campaign assets, web-content, social content, speeches, enablement materials, and more, quickly and at scale.

What Youll Do

  • Develops product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that competitively differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Moves with intent from market research and positioning to launch execution, content development, sales enablement, and performance analysis.
  • Creates content for product marketing assets, launch plans, sales decks, web copy, digital content, battlecards, case studies, demo stories, event experiences, FAQs, blogs, articles, thought leadership, social, PR, speeches, infographics, marketecture.
  • Enables sales and customer-facing teams with messaging, training, objection handling, competitive guidance, and buyer-focused content.
  • Collaborates in an agency model for go-to-market on your sector's new products and feature releases. Proactively manages pipeline generation effectiveness performance in the activations.
  • Collaborates with the analyst relations team to repurpose content to drive these relationships and how we show up with excellence to this audience.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, solutions marketing, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, or related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience marketing insurance, SaaS, enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI-enabled products, data/analytics solutions, or other technology products.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into outcome-focused messages for business audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adept in building relationships and effectively working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across customers, product, sales, marketing, customer success.
  • Comfortable writing speeches and presenting them as well as in coaching executives on their delivery.
  • Strong digital marketing competency: content strategy, social media, email campaigns, SEO, AI, and analytics.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Familiarity with insurance technology - Agentic AI, policy administration systems, BPS, or platform modernization.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with a global team.
  • Experience with Challenger, Oratium, JTBD, or Solution Selling, enterprise sales motions, account-based marketing, partner or hybrid go-to-market models.
  • Background in project management, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, customer advocacy, competitive intelligence, or product-led content programs.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, PowerBI, Amazon Quick, Claude, Copilot, Google analytics or similar.
