Essential Job Functions:Support the acceleration of growth by managing a portion of the product and offering portfolio.Collaborate with senior leadership on go-to-market strategies.Assist in budget allocation to maximize ROI.Manage and mentor a team of product managers and offering specialists.Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to make data-driven decisions.Participate in product improvement efforts based on customer feedback and market data.Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for efficient product development and market entry.Contribute to portfolio evaluation and optimization to align with corporate objectives.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar roleProven experience in leadership roles related to products and offeringsProficiencies in strategic planning, product development, and market analysisA continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications, such as Agile or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plusCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 - $256,100.
