Requirement/Must Have:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Significant experience improving production systems, operations, or supplier capability in complex industrial environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data and digital tools for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Ability to operate in matrix organizations with strong collaboration and influence.
- Experience documenting processes and enabling others through coaching and training.
Experience:
- Experience in production systems improvement, manufacturing operations, or supplier development roles.
- Experience working in high-complexity industrial or supply chain environments.
Responsibilities:
- Improve supplier production systems by identifying constraints, stability issues, and capability gaps.
- Drive improvement initiatives including capacity modeling, bottleneck analysis, flow and lead-time optimization, and KPI development.
- Enhance supplier capabilities in production technologies and manufacturing methods.
- Translate enterprise priorities into structured supplier development initiatives.
- Develop standard work, playbooks, and training materials to scale improvements across suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supplier improvement efforts.
- Provide targeted hands-on support for priority supplier issues when required.
- Operate across global regions and engage effectively with diverse suppliers and stakeholders.
- Balance hands-on execution with capability building and structured guidance.
