Job Summary:
eTeam is a company seeking a .Net Developer to lead application enhancements and modernize existing applications. The role involves driving microservices architecture adoption and providing hands-on technical leadership while collaborating with onsite stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead application enhancements and rewrites across 24 apps
• Modernize .NET (MVC to .NET Core), React, and Python applications
• Drive microservices architecture adoption
• Leverage Claude (AI-assisted coding) to improve development productivity
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and collaborate with onsite stakeholder
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10 years of experience in application development/architecture
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, React, Python, and microservices
• Experience with legacy modernization and E2E transformation programs
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude/Copilot)
• Strong communication skills; ability to work onsite
