Credence has an immediate need for an FMS Country Support Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate Force Military Sales (AFSAC - FMS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

AFSAC (Air Force Foreign Military Sales) is a team that develops Air Force FMS cases to enable global coalitions and support priorities of the six geographic U.S. combatant commands. Their mission is to deliver airpower capabilities to strengthen international partnerships and advance national security.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Individual will serve as a Country Support Manager (CSM) responsible for managing the full lifecycle of FMS cases for assigned countries. The Contractor shall be available for travel, CONUS and OCONUS, to support various FMS meetings (estimated travel between 10-20%).
  • Accomplish FMS case development, execution, and closure activities including, yet not limited to;
    • Develop, execute, and close FMS cases in accordance with DSCA regulations, Air Force Instructions, and AFSAC policies
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to determine requirements, pricing, delivery schedules, and other critical aspects of FMS cases.
  • Accomplish stakeholder engagement activities including the following:
    • Maintain regular communication with partner nation representatives, DSCA, SAF/IA, program managers, DCMA, DLA, and other stakeholders, providing updates on case status and addressing any concerns.
    • Develop briefing materials and participate in meetings and conferences to promote security assistance programs and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Accomplish documentation and reporting activities in accordance with AFSAC policies.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Secret
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Business Administration, Political Science) and three (3) years of experience, three (3) of which must be in DoD or,
  • Seven years (7) of relevant work experience, five (5) of which must be in DoD
  • Two years of experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) performing case development and/or FMS logistics execution duties.
  • Knowledge of Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Security Assistance Management Manual, Air Force Instruction AFI 16-101, and AFMC Instruction AFMCI 16-101.
