Full Stack Software Engineer RCM Platform

Our client, National Quality Systems, Inc., is looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join their growing team. This hands-on, high impact and fully remote U.S. based role will have the opportunity to influence the future of the company.

How You'll Contribute

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend microservices and web applications using Python and React.
  • Build and maintain SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) for efficient, secure data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and work with JSON, XML, and CSV for interoperability with EHRs, registries, and billing systems.
  • Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, including containerized services and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to ensure efficient deployments and reliable operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, product, engineering) to translate business and RCM requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, healthcare data standards, and regulatory requirements.
