    What You Will Do:
    • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day supply chain operations.
    • Analyze business trends, customer demand, and planning data to help make informed supply decisions.
    • Use planning systems and data to identify opportunities that improve inventory performance and customer service.
    • Communicate with manufacturing facilities and business partners to help coordinate planning activities across multiple locations.
    • Participate in solving complex supply chain challenges while learning best practices in production and inventory planning.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the overall supply chain.
    • Develop your planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conversion of demand plan into a network supply plan for Family Chemistries. This includes approving and sending a production plan to manufacturing locations while optimizing network capacity.
    • Identify and resolve forecast accuracy and lead time issues with key stakeholders including Demand Planning, SBUs, and PLMs
    • Balance production planning across the network to maintain sprint capacity, including load leveling in preparation for maintenance shutdowns, seasonal volumes, raw material allocation etc.
    • Identify and resolve capacity constraints over the planning horizon by working with Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, and the Business Units.
    • Maintain required inventory levels for Family Chemistries at stocking locations to meet customer service levels. Implement corrective action when imbalances occur.
    • Regularly monitor and address inactive, slow moving, and excess inventory
    • Coordinate inter-plant scheduling constraints related to schedule break-ins, raw materials, etc. facilitated through regular communication.
    • Lead and implement improvement plans to ensure security of supply for existing and new business
    • Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/constraints/process gaps and drive corrective actions

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related subject.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
    • High level proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    • APICS Certification
    • High level of proficiency with common ERP systems, especially JDA Master Planning and SAP (Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP))
    • A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives
