    Position: Sales Development Representative
    Location: Greenville, SC (Up to 50% local/regional travel)

    We're hiring a high-energy, ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in booming Greenville, SC! In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk-you'll be out in the community, building real relationships, closing deals, and driving new business across our janitorial, specialty, resale, and maintenance service lines.

    • Get Out into the Field: Travel up to 50% locally/regionally to meet clients face-to-face and attend local community events.

    What We're Looking For
    • The Right Vibe: High tenacity, positive attitude, persuasive communicator, and comfortable handling the natural ups and downs of sales.
    • Strong Communicator: Natural phone presence and great in-person presentation skills.
    • Tech-Savvy: Tech-comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. (Bonus points if you've touched CRMs like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Pardot!)
    • Self-Motivated: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaborate with a fast-moving team.
    • Must-Haves: A valid Driver's License and a willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.
    • Previous experience in route sales, inside sales, outbound call centers, or internship sales experience is a nice plus, but a strong work ethic and hunger to learn are key!
