What You'll Do
- Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows
- Develop RAG pipelines (ingestion → retrieval → generation)
- Work with orchestration frameworks to enable:
- Multi-step reasoning
- Tool usage
- Memory management
- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure:
- Accuracy
- Hallucination rates
- Reliability
- Contribute to production-grade AI systems with:
- APIs
- Testing
- Monitoring
- Collaborate with Lead and team on architecture and best practices
Required Experience
- 3-6 years in software engineering or data science
- Hands-on experience building AI agents
- Ability to explain:
- What you built
- Why it works
- Why it can be trusted
- Experience with:
- Azure AI Foundry
- LangGraph (or similar)
- Copilot / Microsoft AI stack
- Agent registries (LangSmith, Agent 365, etc.)
- Strong Python skills
Technical Skills
- LLM application development

- Prompt engineering and evaluation
- API development and system integration
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
- Exposure to data engineering concepts
- Background in data science or machine learning
- Familiarity with:
