Job Title: Project Manager.
Location: Washington, DC.
Requirements:
- The candidate shall possess the required knowledge and skills set.
The candidate shall also demonstrate the knowledge and experience below:
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows).
- Experience with business processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying and basic database concepts.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for documentation management.
- Experience with stakeholder management tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
