Pay Rate: $80,000/Year Travel Required
Introduction
Behavior Frontiers is rapidly expanding to open centers across the country to provide behavior therapy to children with autism. We are looking for a full-time sales representative to help us to build our reputation and develop leads for new clients within a local region. Our Los Angeles based company has expanded greatly and we are seeking an experienced sales representative to support our growth strategy. The position would have contact with stakeholders virtually and in person, which will require local travel throughout the assigned region. General Requirements:
  • 4+Years Sales experience (medical services/health care industry preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent customer interface skills ability to deliver presentations and drive meetings
  • Proven success dealing with various levels of clientele, especially with key decision-makers
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to use Salesforce to track leads, record sales activities, review and prepare reports
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel to meet with stakeholders or potential clients; 80% travel
Responsibilities:
  • Educate stakeholders (physicians, therapy groups, hospitals, etc.) and clients of the value of Behavior Frontiers ABA therapy
  • Conduct daily sales calls via video conferencing, phone communication, and in person meetings or presentations
  • Manage sales opportunity forecasting within Salesforce for current and potential customers
  • Develop stakeholder databases for Behavior Frontiers regions ensuring all contacts are managed in Salesforce
  • Participate in business development strategies
  • Interact with Behavior Frontiers leaders at a high-level, communicating sales goals and strategies to generate and convert viable leads
  • Willingness to make cold calls to prospective clients, individually or with team members
  • Educate local clinical leadership about sales efforts and engage them in sales activities to support lead generation
  • Ability to stay focused on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Responsible for weekly recording/reporting of sales calls in Salesforce and meeting call cycle goals
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and professional development regarding knowledge of service offerings and communication skills, through self-learning and active participation in training programs
  • Adheres to all company and industry guidelines
  • Ability to work some weekends and weeknights
  • Travel to Behavior Frontiers regions will be required a minimum of twice per month
  • Other duties as assigned
