About the Position:ย ย 

The Customer Success Manager willย be responsible forย generating repeatable strategy of technology adoption for AvePoint customers. You must be able to understand the full sales cycle from both a sales and technical strategy perspective to liaise between internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, accountย managersย and technical support engineers.ย ย ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Developing success plans for accounts by creating metrics to support product on-boarding, product adoption as well as customer retention and satisfaction goalsย 
  • Developing andย maintainingย long-term relationships with enterprise-level accounts; coordinating support efforts and organizing solution delivery whilstย establishingย and owning a trusted advisor relationship with your customersย 
  • Maintaining customer technical account portfolio toย provideย technical guidance and recommendationย 
  • Aligning AvePoint's product line to provide a comprehensive solution that satisfies the customer's business needsย 
  • Determiningย individualized customer success plans for your customers,ย utilizingย net promoter score (NPS) metrics and other customer dataย 
  • Working closely with account managers to understand the short-term and long-term sales strategies toย identifyย keys areas to drive customer success through product adoption and satisfactionย 
  • Shepherding existing customers through contract renewal cycles and working sales teams to execute renewalsย 
  • Identifyingย and understanding a customer's adoption status and support history throughout the post-sales cycle;ย determiningย how to incorporate these elements into the overall customer success strategyย 
  • Pursuing strategy of goal attainment to rectify any hurdles and steer client towards successย 
  • Becoming an expert in the features and benefits of our applicationsย 
  • Plan and execute onsite visits to customer locations, as needed, toย establishย deep understanding of their challenges and goals byย executing executive business reviews for clientsย

To be a fit for this role, you must have the following:ย ย ย 

Education and Experience:ย ย ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldย 
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting role such as technical account management or technical business analysisย 
  • Strong customer satisfaction, customer service, adoption, and retention experienceย 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skillsย 
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative global team settingย 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentย 
  • Strong experience in communicating with different stakeholders and decision makers, both internally and externallyย 
  • Expert at customer relationship managementย 
  • Advanced ability to understand businessย objectivesย through requirements gathering and analysisย 
  • Impeccable organizational awareness skillsย 

Knowledge in the following technical areas are a plus:ย 

  • Understanding ofย Microsoft SharePoint architecture, components, and configuration. Understand the differences between the SharePoint versions and Office 365 collaboration technologiesย 
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and DHCP technologiesย 
  • Working technical knowledge of current software protocols and Internet standardsย 

The Salary Range for this role isย $80,000 - $120,000 CAD. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match, and tuition reimbursement and PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs). We welcome compensation discussions-apply even if your expectations fall outside the range.
