    Position Overview

    Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) is a stand-alone business unit in Worldwide Marketing focused on educators and students worldwide, offering the full Autodesk portfolio free to the education community. The Digital Marketing team increases discoverability of our offerings on Autodesk.com, grows subscriptions and product usage through web testing and personalization, and drives organic content engagement and social reach.

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist (P2), you will execute and optimize our education digital strategy across web, SEO/AIO, and social as a key driver of adoption, usage, and conversion. You will manage defined workstreams applying established best practices, translate performance data into recommendations, and partner cross functionally to deliver measurable results in our core markets (US, IN, UK, DE, JP).

    Responsibilities

    • Execute and optimize global SEO/GEO- research, content development, and the monthly performance report (organic clicks, keywords, backlinks, AI citations & impressions)

    • Support execution and optimization of global education website activities. Own student-journey and product-page improvements, with guidance oversight from manager and senior team members at key decision points

    • Support web reporting, turn analysis into optimization recommendations that drive web conversion performance

    • Apply AI marketing workflows using agents and skills that increase speed-to-market and cost efficiency

    • Support integrated digital go-to-market moments (e.g., b ack-to-school) across web, search, social, creators, email, and paid media, ensuring SLA adherence and executional excellence

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2+ years of digital marketing experience across web, social, email, and SEO/GEO (content & metrics)

    • Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs to identify and implement optimization recommendations including web and SEO/GEO conversion metrics, entitlements, and MAU performance

    • Proven ability to managed defined workstreams and make data-informed optimization recommendations

    • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines

    • Strong presentation and communication skills to communicate insights and recommendations across audiences

    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI), Slack, and marketing/analytics platforms (e.g., GA/AA, SEMrush, Profound, GSC, Sprout Social, WordPress, Airtable, ChatGPT, Airtable, Copilot).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Digital, Marketing, Business, or a related field

    • B2B and/or SaaS marketing experience; education-audience and global/localization experience a plus

    • Marketing AI proficiency, Section AI certification for marketing workflows

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $60,750 and $89,100. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
