The initial focus will include flagship AEC industry partnerships at the intersection of design, engineering, infrastructure, geospatial workflows, and digital project delivery, while also supporting other high-priority AEC partnership and association opportunities over time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing activation for priority AEC strategic partnerships and industry associations.

  • Partner with AEC audience marketers to bring partnership and association opportunities into audience plans, campaign calendars, event strategies, messaging, and customer journeys.

  • Build and execute co-marketing plans that support Autodesk's AEC audience strategy, industry priorities, and customer narratives.

  • Use strategic partnerships and associations as channels to reach and influence priority AEC audiences across architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, and owners.

  • Develop a strong understanding of priority AEC audiences, including workflows, business challenges, buying committees, trusted associations, industry events, and partnership ecosystems.

  • Translate partnership and association opportunities into campaigns, events, content, webinars, thought leadership, customer stories, executive moments, and sales enablement.

  • Turn broad requests into clear marketing plans with defined objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, owners, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Create messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narratives that connect Autodesk's AEC story, Design and Make platform message, and customer outcomes to partnership and association audiences.

  • Work with strategic partnerships, industry strategy, product marketing, audience marketing, events, communications, customer advocacy, sales, customer success, technical sales, and partner teams to align and execute programs.

  • Shape partnership and association storytelling across major AEC moments, including Autodesk University, industry conferences, partner events, association programs, digital campaigns, and executive engagements.

  • Evaluate co-marketing opportunities, sponsorships, association programs, and industry activations based on audience fit, strategic value, reach, credibility, timing, cost, and expected impact.

  • Manage and prioritize partnership and association marketing investments, including sponsorships and program budgets, with a focus on impact, ROI/ROMI, and learnings.

  • Package partnership-informed narratives for sales, customer success, and technical sales teams, including talk tracks, proof points, customer examples, and campaign follow-up guidance.

  • Help internal teams understand how strategic partnerships and associations influence priority AEC audiences, including where Autodesk should show up and why.

  • Define and track success metrics, including audience engagement, content performance, event impact, account influence, pipeline influence where applicable, customer adoption signals, and partnership or association impact.

  • Use performance data, market intelligence, partnership insights, and stakeholder feedback to improve partnership and association marketing programs.

  • Build repeatable planning, execution, and reporting processes for AEC partnership and association marketing.

  • Travel domestically and internationally for key industry events, partnership activations, and internal planning moments as needed.

Minimum qualifications

  • Track record of executing co-marketing programs with strategic partnerships, associations, industry groups, technology partners, or ecosystem organizations.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels, including events, sponsorships, digital campaigns, webinars, content, thought leadership, customer stories, executive engagement, and sales enablement.

  • Ability to develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, partnership narratives, value propositions, activation plans, executive updates, and performance reports.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing, product, strategy, sales, communications, events, customer success, and external partner teams.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

  • Ability to turn ambiguous partnership or association goals into clear marketing plans and executable programs.

  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and moving quickly on high-priority initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior work supporting strategic technology partnerships, industry associations, or partnership ecosystems through marketing.

  • Knowledge of major AEC industry events, user conferences, association programs, or customer-facing activations.

  • Hands-on ownership of sponsorships, co-marketing budgets, association investments, or partnership marketing program budgets.

  • Ability to create sales or customer-facing enablement tied to partnership campaigns, industry moments, or strategic narratives.
