Job description

Are you a passionate professional ready to take the reins of dynamic land development projects? Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Belcamp, MD.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
  • Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations.
  • Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success.
  • Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards.
  • Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.

What You Bring:

  • Licensure: A Professional Engineer license in Maryland and/or Delaware.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
  • Leadership: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
