As a Principal Project Manager (Principal Associate Level) in the Project Delivery Services (PDS) Team for Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), you will have a chance to lead delivery for initiatives impacting SCS.

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team to lead a wide variety of horizontal initiatives. In this role you will be leading project management efforts for Supply Chain Solutions initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly motivated project manager with great attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. This individual will have a drive for solving cross-functional problems through building relationships and partnering across teams (LOB Partners, SCS Operations, Suppliers, ESM, Finance, Product/Tech and other job families), creating structure to help teams get to solutions more quickly, and have experience leading projects impacting Supply Chain Solutions teams (i.e.: Letters/Statements/Card Delivery/Direct Mail/Imaging, etc.) and their partner teams. Interested candidates should be self-led, team players, and will optimally possess foundational knowledge of various US Card operating processes.

What you will do/Role responsibilities:

  • Lead moderate to large complex projects and provide direction to team members in a matrixed environment, and put structure in place quickly to drive results

  • Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders to provide tactical thought partnerships to effectively drive strategic planning and delivery

  • Operate in areas of ambiguity, ability to lean in to independently and explore natural curiosity identify relevant intent information

  • Communicate across all levels to drive results and elevate key decision-points to leadership

  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment and ensure programs / initiatives are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and on time delivery

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

  • At least 2 years of Project or Process Management Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience

  • At least 1 years of Experience with Confluence and Jira

Work from Home Technology Requirements

  • Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required

    • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network

    • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)

    • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions

    • Associates must maintain a minimum of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed from their internet provider

    • To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page

  • Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
