QC Laboratory Support Administrator
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are seeking a QC Laboratory Support Administrator to support daily laboratory operations through administrative tasks, documentation management, equipment support, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day laboratory administrative activities.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain laboratory documents and records.
  • Schedule vendors and coordinate onsite service visits.
  • Assist with data gathering, reporting, and investigation support.
  • Pull reports and maintain information within laboratory systems.
  • Order, organize, and stock laboratory supplies and materials.
  • Support equipment maintenance activities and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Manage equipment status documentation, including tagging instruments in and out of service.
  • Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a science-related field required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous laboratory experience.
  • Experience with document management systems or laboratory data systems.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and equipment maintenance processes.
