A reputable life sciences based organization focused on developing solutions for chronic health conditions is seeking a QA Technician to support their team!
Schedule: M-F day shift
Pay: $25-$30/hr (based on experience)
Location: Dayton, OH
Terms: Contract with potential for extension

Summary
The QA Associate will support daily Quality Assurance activities, including complaint investigations, documentation review, discrepancy identification, and trend tracking. You'll collaborate with a Senior Associate on complaint record approvals and contribute to maintaining compliance standards across operations.
Essential Functions
  • Approve quality documents and written procedures
  • Develop SOPs and other quality-related documentation
  • Review batch and testing records
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Partner with site personnel to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Prepare and maintain trend analyses
  • Provide backup support for QA and site operations
  • Investigate product complaints
  • Monitor adherence to quality and compliance requirements

Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience

Key Competencies
  • Working knowledge of GMP requirements and related guidelines
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and compliance issue resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with quality systems supporting manufacturing and QC operations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
