This role will have primary responsibility supporting the Sales organization with various analytical support including LRP, Plan vs Actual, COM, SalesForce, BW, Pricing, etc. Additionally, this role will have a dozen small volume "stream" accounts in the Greater Houston area as well as some distribution sales accounts. This is a developmental role that will be used for training individuals to become full time outside sales Account Managers managing territories across the US.

  • Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to foster trust and develop close personal relationships, quickly building rapport and maintaining customer engagement

  • Professionalism - Ability to present oneself in an appropriate manner as the 'Face of LyondellBasell'
  • Engagement - Ability to sustain a high level of energy and drive
You Bring This Value
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Approximately two (2) years of work experience with prior roles in Supply Chain or Procurement is highly preferred. Would also accept experience in Sales, Analytics and/or Engineering
  • Desire to become an Account Manager managing sales territories in various areas of the US.
  • Available to work after-hours (occasionally)
  • Willing to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Sciences preferred.
  • Mobility preferred
  •  Ability to perform a value-assessment (cost or margin analysis) on new opportunities preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, Advanced Analytics/ Analysis for Office (AO), Power Bl, COM, and SalesForce, preferred.
