Job description

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

Kratos Defense & Rocket Support Services (KDRSS) is seeking a Program Analyst to support MACH-TB. This position will provide programmatic and analytical support to ensure qualification efforts are effectively planned, tracked, documented, and executed in support of mission requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of MACH-TB qualification activities.
  • Track program milestones, deliverables, schedules, and action items.
  • Analyze program data and develop reports, briefings, and other program documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, program management, and other stakeholders to support qualification efforts.
  • Monitor program status and identify potential risks, issues, and schedule impacts.
  • Assist with preparation and review of technical and programmatic documentation.
  • Support meetings, briefings, and customer engagements as required.
  • Maintain accurate program records and ensure required documentation is completed and properly maintained.
  • Perform other program analysis and coordination duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant program analysis, project management, engineering support, or defense industry experience.
  • Experience supporting complex technical or defense-related programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance, or be eligible to obtain and maintain. .
  • Must be a U.S. Person and able to meet all applicable security and program requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting qualifications, test, verification, or validation activities.
  • Experience working on DoD or aerospace/defense programs.
  • Familiarity with program management processes, schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
