Job Description:
Renewal by Andersen has an opportunity for a Service Concierge to join our Greater Twin Cities team in Roseville! This role will focus on providing high-level customer service for internal partners and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work with customers to resolve issues related to our product and warranty
* Performs data entry and administrative tasks related to service work at Renewal by Andersen retail locations
* Sorts, alphabetizes and files correspondence, forms, records, reports and other materials according to filing systems
* Searche records and files for specific data
* Performs routine typing or word processing of materials, including lists, envelopes and form letters
* Maintains a general knowledge of RbA products/services, customers and delivery partners, technical and business tools, and department functions/KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
* Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships
* Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment
* Good phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills
* Customer orientation
* Flexibility & positive outlook
* Listening skills
* Detail orientation
PAY RANGE:
$19.90 - $28.80

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
