In this role, you'll be forward deployed with a performance engineering team to develop software solutions, build automation, and create tools that provide deep visibility into system and network performance. You'll be involved in everything from analyzing complex datasets and identifying bottlenecks to developing reporting capabilities and automating workflows that improve system reliability and operational efficiency. • Work directly with users and technical teams to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Support integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software in Linux-based environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex system, application, and performance‑related issues.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring, automation, and performance engineering capabilities.

  • Experience working in Linux environments and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with automation, performance analysis, system monitoring, or network analysis concepts.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers, administrators, and mission stakeholders.
What You'll Love About This Role:
  • Build tools that directly influence mission performance and operational success.
  • Work alongside experienced engineers solving complex technical challenges.
  • Tackle a mix of software development, automation, systems engineering, and data analysis.
  • Gain exposure to large‑scale, high‑performance computing and enterprise environments.
  • Enjoy meaningful technical ownership and the opportunity to shape solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Grow your skills while working on technologies that matter.
