We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and confidently partners with executive leadership teams.

Position Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across multiple client engagements. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent client communication skills, and deep expertise in Agile project management and Jira reporting.

You will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership
  • Manage multiple concurrent technical projects from kickoff through delivery.
  • Lead complex programs involving cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and client stakeholders.
  • Establish clear project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Client & Executive Engagement
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for C-suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic planning discussions, roadmap reviews, and executive status updates.
  • Translate technical progress and risks into clear business language for leadership teams.
Agile Delivery & Team Coordination
  • Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Ensure teams remain focused on priority outcomes while maintaining high quality standards.
Jira Management & Reporting
  • Maintain project visibility and delivery metrics through advanced Jira reporting and dashboards.
  • Develop executive-level reports that track velocity, sprint progress, delivery risks, and resource utilization.
  • Use data insights to proactively manage project health and performance.
Risk & Program Management
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across programs.
  • Ensure documentation, communication, and governance standards are maintained across engagements.
Qualifications Required Experience
  • 7+ years of technical project management or program management experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs
  • Experience working directly with C-suite or executive leadership teams
  • Strong expertise in Jira administration, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Experience managing Agile software development teams
Preferred
  • Experience working in software development, digital product, or consulting environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS platforms
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
