The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing marketing processes, technology, and data analytics to drive efficient and impactful marketing execution. This role will oversee marketing operations and digital marketing, with strategic responsibility for ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales initiatives, and overall marketing performance. In addition to overseeing key marketing functions, the Marketing Operations Manager will lead and develop a team by providing direct guidance, mentoring team members, and driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Working cross-functionally and with global teams, this person will manage the marketing tech stack, campaign performance analytics, and process improvements. Additionally, this role will oversee digital marketing efforts, including CRM automation, website optimization, tesaSKY, email marketing, and paid media strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making and ROI-focused execution.
This role combines technical expertise, strategic oversight, and executional leadership, making it ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
How you'll help the formula:
  • Optimize Marketing Processes & Efficiency - Streamline marketing workflows, campaign execution, and lead management to enhance productivity.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics - Develop performance dashboards, track key marketing metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Own the Martech Stack - Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Digital Marketing Execution - Oversee email marketing, paid media, website optimization, and digital campaign performance.
  • Enhance Lead Generation & Nurturing - Collaborate with sales to improve lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with sales, IT, and leadership to align marketing operations with business goals.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency - Support campaign execution with automation, content distribution, and reporting to maintain strong brand presence.
  • Identify Opportunities for Innovation - Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key elements for your role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, marketing operations, CRM management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to travel as required, up to 15% (valid driver's license required).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives without direct authority, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Technically capable and a proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
