As a Principal PMT for Launch Transformation, you will own the vision and execution of transforming AWS's launch processes, products, and operational frameworks. - Tooling & Automation: Drive the product roadmap for launch management tools, incorporating automation, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent orchestration capabilities

- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
