Job description
Are you an Amazon expert with a passion for creating and scaling winning products?
Our client, an international company selling beauty products in the USA, is looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Amazon Manager to take full ownership of its Amazon brand management and new product development and launch processes. In this role, youll lead everything from market validation to top-ranking execution, ensuring each launch is set up for explosive success in the US marketplace. Youll also drive growth for existing products through continual optimization and data-backed decisions.
If you have a proven track record of successful Amazon launches, deep knowledge of the platform, and a hands-on approach to scaling products, we want to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Amazon product development process: from market research and validation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Develop and execute standardized, scalable launch SOPs.
- Own Amazon launch strategy, including listing creation, PPC, pricing, inventory, and reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product development, creatives, and operations teams to bring products to market effectively.
- Oversee the creation of SEO-optimized, conversion-focused product listings using keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Launch products with a clear focus on early momentum: sales velocity, review generation, and keyword ranking.
- Utilize tools like Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive, and others to support data-driven decision-making throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor products performance daily, making agile adjustments to improve KPIs.
- Strategize and implement initial PPC campaigns, budget allocation, and ASIN targeting to gain visibility fast.
- Plan inventory based on launch timelines, velocity estimates, and restock strategies.
- Conduct detailed post-launch analysis to extract insights and apply them to future launches.
- Identify and mitigate launch-related risks (e.g., hijackers, suppression, stockouts).
- Support and mentor internal team members on launch best practices and innovation.
What Were Looking For
- 4+ years of Amazon experience, ideally in the US marketplace with a focus on Product launches and Brand development, ideally in the Health and Personal care or Beauty niche.
- Strong Brand Management skills.
- Proven success in bringing new products from concept to profitability.
- Deep understanding of Amazon visuals, SEO, keyword ranking, and listing optimization.
- Expertise in tools like Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Speed from concept to launch (goal: 1-3 months per product).
- Sales velocity and keyword ranking achieved in first 30-60 days post-launch.
- Number of successful launches.
- Initial review generation and conversion rate performance.
- Ongoing sales growth and performance improvements of existing products.
- Inventory accuracy and stock availability during launches.
What We Offer
- Flexible Working Hours We care about results, not your 9 to 5.
- Remote-First Culture Work from wherever you feel most productive.
- Startup Energy Fast-paced, collaborative, and full of opportunities to grow.
- Paid Time Off Because rest fuels innovation.
- Mentorship From a Visionary Leader Learn directly from a founder whos built and scaled businesses across Europe with a track record of turning bold ideas into reality.
- Real Impact Your work wont sit in a backlog; it goes live, gets noticed, and makes a difference.
