The Role:

Seeking a seasoned Engineering Group Manager to lead a Compute and ADAS Hardware Engineering team. This leader will guide a team of highly skilled hardware engineers developing nextgeneration highcompute electronic systems for advanced driverassistance and automated driving applications. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership maturity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while setting a clear direction for the team. Someone who inspires trust, sets a high bar for engineering excellence, and can guide a team through complex challenges while maintaining focus on quality, timing, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers responsible for complex compute and ADAS electronic systems.

  • Serve as the "lighthouse" for the organization providing clarity, direction, and stability in a fastmoving and ambiguous environment.

  • Drive endtoend hardware development, including requirements definition, architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, validation, and launch readiness.

  • Oversee the design and integration of highcompute SoCs, advanced ICs, and semiconductor technologies into automotivegrade hardware platforms.

  • Ensure robust engineering execution through design reviews, risk assessments, rootcause analysis, and crossfunctional alignment.

  • Collaborate closely with software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver highquality hardware solutions.

  • Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the organization.

  • Provide strategic input into ADAS compute architectures and contribute to longterm technology roadmaps.

  • Represent the hardware engineering team in executive reviews, program discussions, and crossfunctional leadership forums.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in complex electronic system design.

  • Proven leadership experience managing technical engineering teams.

  • Deep knowledge of:

    • Highcompute SoCs, ICs, and semiconductor technologies

    • Schematic development and PCB layout

    • Component selection and hardware bringup

    • Debug, rootcause analysis, and validation processes

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • MSE preferred.

  • Experience with automotive hardware development or ADAS architectures is a strong plus.

  • Experience delivering hardware through full lifecycle, from concept and requirements through production launch.

  • Familiarity with automotive safety, reliability, and environmental requirements.

  • Background in highspeed digital design, power management, and systemlevel integration.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive clarity in uncertain or evolving environments.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and soft skills; able to influence across teams and levels.

Compensation:

The compensation based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.

  • The salary range for this role is $188,200 - $288,500. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
