We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Client Solutions Manager to join the Ovation Travel Group Division. For over 35 years, we have provided seamless, cost-effective travel solutions to individual travelers and professional organizations in such industries as finance, law, technology, biotech, advertising, entertainment, consulting and other professional services firms.

Reporting to the Client Solutions Vice President. The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for strategic management of a select portfolio of $1M - $10M clients, by delivering all core account management components and value-added services. This position is also responsible for client retention, profitability of the account portfolio, growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and manage client business plans, set mutual goals, analyze data, and present findings in regular business reviews.
  • Profitability & Financial Management: Oversee client contracts, invoicing, and P&L; negotiate pricing and value-added services with the VP.
  • Client Retention: Lead re-bid/RFP processes and maintain 99%+ client retention.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain a 4+ satisfaction rating; manage surveys, service delivery, and client communications.
  • Growth: Identify opportunities for added services, product sales, and account expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years account management experience in corporate travel management
  • Global account management experience a plus
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Skilled in data analysis, financial/business modeling, and industry fee structures
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and multi-project management abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed

The US national base salary range for this position is from

$88,200.00 - $163,800.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
