Job Summary

AHEAD, a leading provider of enterprise cloud solutions, has formed a dedicated unit to serve the mid-market segment, definedgenerally asorganizations with under 2,500 employees and less than$1 billionin annual revenues. This new AHEAD unit will include a dedicated sales team and solutions engineering support model tailored to the specific needs of mid-market organizations.ย 

With over 2,000 clients already in this segment, AHEAD sees potential for 30% annual growth from both expansion of existing client relationships andacquiringnew accounts. Further, the segment is a key priority of AHEAD's largest partner, Dell Technologies, whose solutions will be a major point of emphasis in serving the segment.ย 

Mid-Market Client Directorย 

As an AHEAD Mid-Market Client Director, you willbe responsible forbuilding strong customer relationships and ensuringan outstandingcustomer experience with existing and potential new customers. The role requires experience consulting commercial customers in their data center environment with a focus on Cloud, Data Center Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Network, Virtualization) and Security.ย 

The Client Director willmaintaina high levelof knowledge about specific AHEAD solutions and will be tasked with driving client expansion and new customer acquisition.ย 

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Drive new business revenue and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing and openย net newย accountsย 
  • Build a quality pipeline (3-5x Pipeline) by engaging existing customers, strategicpartnersand new customer prospectsย 
  • Maintainย a firm understanding of MEDDPIC / BANT-C through the deal processย 
  • Attend and drive multiple onsite client and partner meetings per weekย 
  • Implement theย Unified Engagement Framework and Unified Messaging Frameworkย 
  • Consistently close high margin deals byestablishingvalue throughout the sales processย 
  • Accuratelyย qualifyย deal parameters at every stage of the sales processย 
  • Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.ย 
  • Forecast accurately to consistently meet and/or exceeding sales quotasย 
  • Assistwith business case development toestablishvalue and competitive differentiationย 
  • Ability to work independently and efficientlyleverageteam resourcesย 
  • Ensuretimelyandaccuraterevenue, customer and management reports using CRMย 
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvementย 
  • Building a book of business >$1.25 million
  • Demonstrated ability toacquirenet newlogo'sย 
  • Demonstrated ability to expandexitingaccountsย 
  • Successful integration into partner teamsย

  • 5+ years direct selling enterprise infrastructure software,hardwareand servicesOr,ย 
  • Track recordof opening new accountsย

$150,000 - $250,000 a year
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.ย ย
