Job Title: OSP Engineering Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OSP Engineering Supervisor to oversee telecom design projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. The successful candidate will lead and support a team across multiple projects, potentially serving a range of clients simultaneously, while troubleshooting and resolving Outside Plant (OSP) design challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team across multiple telecom design projects.
- Ensure project deliverables align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OSP design challenges using industry standards and project documentation.
- Monitor team performance and track production metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Analyze project and performance data using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout the lifecycle of each assignment.
