Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Pay Range: $43-$45/hr

Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python automation, AI/ML, and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing automation solutions, integrating AI technologies into enterprise environments, and supporting scalable, secure deployments. Experience in telecom environments, particularly Nokia IMS, is highly desirable.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python and related technologies.
• Build and integrate AI/ML models and intelligent automation into existing systems.
• Develop API integrations to streamline infrastructure and application workflows.
• Deploy and manage applications on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
• Ensure secure deployment practices, data protection, and AI security compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and automation issues independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable DevOps solutions.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
• Support production deployments and operational excellence.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML, DevOps, and automation technologies.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of DevOps or Automation Engineering experience.
• Strong Python scripting and automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications.
• Strong API integration experience (REST APIs).
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) deployments and automation.
• Knowledge of AI security, data privacy, and secure software development.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Nokia IMS or telecom network experience.
• Telecommunications or network automation background.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Passion for learning emerging AI/ML and automation technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of professional DevOps/Automation experience.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
