Sales cloud - someone who can come onto the Sales transformation project Need development background - need to go from developer, tech lead, architect on resume. Lot of apex they use- someone who understands is a must have , awcs also needed Flows- need this skillset Need to have LWC looking for someone who has worked on LWC Someone who can do the initial design, and works closely with the developers Tell the developer how to code - additional edge to work alongside the devs Lead the devs is what they are looking for Copado experience - any integration tool Nice to Haves: Experience leading a team with Salesforce Soft Skills: Will be assigning tasks to offshore - leadership side of things Take requirements, put design in place, guide developers, and step back 50-60% solution design and guiding developers and code reviews Someone who takes charge of projects Good time management
