AbleLight is currently hiring a Manager of Residential Operations for the Hillsboro and Portland, OR, markets.

In this position, the Manager of Residential Operations is to lead the team that delivers person centered care and services to those we support in a residential setting to fulfill our purpose for existing.

Requirements:

  • Two to three years of previous experience in a similar work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others. Two to three years of previous leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
