Job description

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a strategic, results-oriented professional to accelerate sales performance by equipping revenue teams with the skills, knowledge, tools, and processes needed to succeed.

This role serves as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously optimize scalable enablement programs that drive seller productivity, technology adoption, pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in sales enablement, coaching, training, instructional design, sales technology, and change management. You understand how successful sales organizations operate, can translate business priorities into actionable enablement programs, and leverage data and analytics to influence business decisions and performance outcomes.

As a senior individual contributor, you will work independently, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, advise leadership on enablement strategy, and drive measurable business impact across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enablement Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with strategic business priorities and revenue objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by recommending enablement strategies, best practices, and process improvements that address business challenges and improve sales effectiveness.

  • Translate organizational goals into scalable enablement programs, learning journeys, and performance support initiatives.

  • Lead enablement initiatives that support business transformation, organizational change, and go-to-market priorities.

Sales Training, Coaching & Performance Development

  • Design, develop, and deliver impactful onboarding, skills development, product, process, and technology training programs.

  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences for sellers, managers, and customer-facing teams.

  • Provide coaching and reinforcement strategies that improve seller performance, manager effectiveness, and adoption of key behaviors.

  • Support manager coaching programs that create accountability and sustain behavioral change.

Sales Technology Adoption & Optimization

  • Lead initiatives that drive adoption, utilization, and business impact across the sales technology ecosystem.

  • Develop learning programs, best practices, certifications, and reinforcement strategies for:

    • Gong

    • Outreach

    • Salesforce

    • Seismic

  • Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and seller productivity.

  • Evaluate and recommend emerging enablement technologies, AI capabilities, and learning platforms that support business objectives.

Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead complex, high-impact projects that span multiple departments, stakeholders, and business priorities.

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to support product launches, messaging readiness, competitive enablement, and strategic initiatives.

  • Establish project plans, success metrics, governance processes, and communication strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities.

Measurement, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define, monitor, and report on enablement success metrics, including adoption, engagement, productivity, and business impact.

  • Conduct training needs analyses and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

  • Use data, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Monitor market trends, sales methodologies, and enablement best practices to ensure programs remain innovative and effective.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or equivalent years of experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, or related discipline.

  • Experience supporting B2B sales organizations and customer-facing teams.

  • Proven success designing, delivering, and measuring enablement programs that drive business results.

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, instructional design, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve performance and productivity.

  • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a quota-carrying seller, sales manager, business development representative, customer success professional, sales operations professional, or sales leader.

  • Experience supporting onboarding, product launches, sales methodology reinforcement, sales process adoption, and technology enablement initiatives.

  • Experience with Challenger, MEDDICC, Sandler, SPIN, Discovery Excellence, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies.

  • Experience working in highly matrixed, fast-paced organizations.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered sales technologies to improve seller productivity and coaching effectiveness.

Sales Technology Expertise

Hands-on experience with the following platforms is strongly preferred:

  • Gong - Conversation Intelligence, Forecasting, Coaching, AI Insights

  • Outreach - Sales Engagement, Prospecting Workflows, Sequence Optimization

  • Salesforce - Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management, Forecasting, Reporting

  • Seismic - Content Management, Content Adoption, Buyer Engagement

Candidates should have experience driving user adoption, developing enablement resources, creating training programs, and measuring business outcomes related to these platforms.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.
