We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Team Lead to oversee daily desktop support operations while mentoring and developing a small technical support team. This hands-on role combines leadership responsibilities with advanced troubleshooting and end-user support across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support desktop technicians, providing guidance and technical mentorship
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint management issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, VPN connectivity, and Azure environments
  • Manage desktop-related projects and technology deployments
  • Provide AV and conference room support, including Microsoft Teams meetings and presentation technology
  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventory, and ticket records
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification required
  • 5+ years of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure
  • Experience supporting audiovisual and collaboration technologies
  • Proven ability to mentor team members and handle escalated technical issues
