Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking an IT Field Technician to provide general IT support to clients including retailers and banks. The role involves traveling to various client sites, setting up photo printers and servers, and following detailed project documentation to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Schedule- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
• OC (on call)? Yes, after completing all required Certs and training.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Able to follow documentation and directions without difficulty
• Good Customer Facing Skills
• HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix
• Use of power tools (e.g. drills)
• Familiar with the ticketing system
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Valid DL and Reliable Transport
Preferred:
• 2-5 years of experience
• A+ certification
• Lexmark certifications and experience
• Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs
• Client Dell Lenovo experience
