Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire hotel general managers and their teams to achieve outstanding performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure brand standards, service excellence, and regulatory compliance are met.
  • Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy and market share.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement programs to boost loyalty and repeat business.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor hotel staff to build a motivated and talented workforce.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 5+ years managing multiple hotel properties, preferably with IHG and Marriott brands.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and business development experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to travel regularly between properties and work flexible shifts including weekends.
