Winpak Films Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to join the Logistics team based out of our Senoia, Georgia facility. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe handling of our bulk resin materials.
As a Material Handler, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift to move materials, keeping the area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety, environmental, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards, including IMS and Quality System requirements
Warehouse & Support Operations- Maintain warehouse organization, item accuracy, and material segregation
Required Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environment
- 1+ years of experience using basic computer applications (e.g., email, Excel); ability to navigate inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in inventory control or resin handling
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts (stand-up and sit-down); valid forklift certification required
- Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., MES system)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills in a production setting
Additional Information:- This position works the following shift - 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Mon - Fri with rotating weekends. (every 4th weekend for 4 hours each day)
- The Material Handler position is 100% onsite, working on the production floor.
