Job description

Wee Care offers Therapy Services and Home and Community-Based Services using evidence-based treatment models to help your loved one achieve and maintain the highest level of independence. Wee Care has been serving families in our community and surrounding communities since April 2006.
Wee Care Corp is hiring Contract Direct Care Monitors in or around Tucson, AZ to support service quality and compliance for members receiving home and community-based care. This role is designed to provide consistent oversight, accurate reporting, and clear, professional communication with members, families, and providers.
Key responsibilities include completing four monitoring reviews per assigned member/provider each year (2 in-person home visits and 2 secure virtual visits), coordinating and confirming appointments independently, documenting observations and outcomes in required digital systems, and communicating findings in a timely, respectful manner. Occasional travel within your assigned Arizona region is required.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Experience as a caregiver/direct care provider; completion of DCW Training
- Proficiency with digital documentation and secure video platforms
- Strong scheduling and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) and ability to pass required background checks
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Your day is built around a self-managed contractor calendar. You'll confirm upcoming appointments, map out efficient travel for in-person visits, and plan virtual check-ins using a secure video platform. Between visits, you'll set aside focused time to enter timely, accurate notes and finalize required reports.
Because the work is spread across the year-approximately two in-person and two virtual touchpoints per member annually-you'll balance steady follow-through with flexibility. You'll also handle routine coordination (reschedules, reminders, and document follow-ups) so each visit stays on track and closes out cleanly.
If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to help strengthen care oversight, we encourage you to apply.
