Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Hybrid - West Palm Beach, FL
Duration: 6 months
Description:

  • Implement and configure new ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
  • Work on integrating new groups (e.g., Accounts Payable) into ServiceNow for request management.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, such as Cloud ALM and various external tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure the platform remains optimized, secure, and scalable as we continue to expand its capabilities.


Requirements:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow development and customization.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and integration capabilities.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
