Job Summary:
Maxima is a company focused on transforming enterprise accounting through innovative technology and AI-driven automation. They are seeking a Deployment Engineer to collaborate with account executives, manage complex deal cycles, and ensure successful customer implementations through technical support and integration development.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with account executives to manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept (POC) processes.
• Tune prompts and models to enable the right AI performance for our clients.
• Build out custom modules to enable customers to go live successfully
• Design and present tailored demos based on customer and business needs.
• Develop implementation scoping document for each customer that launches with Maxima
• Build integrations to different transaction systems like revenue, billing, account payable etc.
• Conduct customer-facing activities such as technical discovery calls.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver on customer requests and advocate for customer needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, fix, and upgrade software to ensure reliable and robust performance in production environments
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years experience in forward deploy engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering or solution engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline. Computer science is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable interfacing with customers. This is very important for this role.
• Proactive and highly motivated.
• Can handle the high intensity and fast pace of a startup environment.
• Proficient in languages like Golang, Typescripts, Python etc.
• Able to identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Proven experience collaborating with Account Executives to manage technical sales processes for Enterprise customers.
