Let's talk about the role!

  • Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the District by analyzing performance trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and implement action plans to drive results.

  • Translate performance data into clear, practical insights for Store Managers, linking commercial results to in-store behaviours and actions, ensuring high standards of customer experience.

  • Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality.

  • Promote an inclusive, peoplefirst culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and engagement.

  • Ensure stores execute brand initiatives and marketing campaigns consistently and on time.

  • Monitor customer metrics and drive improvement plans across district.

  • Act as the voice of stores with Brand's HQ functions, collaborate with central retail operations to drive business and execute brand strategy

What's in it for you?

Most companies like to say they offer a competitive salary, an amazing bonus and pension scheme and staff discounts (btw we offer up to 50%!). And we offer the same. Only different. Because it's not just our products which set us apart from others. It's our people and we believe they deserve to be nurtured and looked after.

That's why, on top of the usual benefits, we offer much more:

  • Career ownership, enabling you to build your knowledge and experience across different brands and different countries

  • An inclusive environment where people of diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and nationalities love working together

  • 25 days of holiday and B-Day off

  • A supportive feedback-based culture where respect and integrity guide us

  • Tailored training. From an induction to ongoing online and face-to-face training, we are committed to helping you grow

  • The opportunity to travel and network with other Retail Managers throughout Europe

Free to Be, Inclusion & Diversity

As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity. We are committed to building and maintaining a workplace that celebrates the diversity of our associates, allowing them to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
