Job description

Customer Service Specialist/ HR Administrative Assistant – Bilingual English/Spanish
Unitex is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist/HR Administrative Assistant for our Lawrence, MA Plant.
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on experience.
Schedule: “In office” position. Monday - Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
Responsibilities include:
  • Offer excellent customer service vial phone/email to our customers, vendors and to our walk-in guests
  • Engage with customers and resolve customer requests and complaints
  • Work with all internal departments
  • Timely responses to emails and voicemails
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Weekly reporting to the corporate office
  • Weekly invoicing to our customers
  • Assisting in the human resource (HR) functions such as onboarding of a new employee, employee events, payroll
  • Assists Office Manager and General Manager as needed
Required skills:
  • Recent college graduate or 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry technique
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Excellent time management skill
