Biomedical Engineer
Location: Jericho, NY
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an innovative healthcare technology client to identify a Biomedical Engineer to join its growing team in Jericho, NY. This role is ideal for a technically driven professional who enjoys working directly with customers, supporting medical technology solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and product performance.
The successful candidate will provide technical support, onboarding, product implementation assistance, and customer training while helping ensure a seamless user experience for clients utilizing advanced ambulatory monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Customer Success
  • Provide timely technical support to existing customers and troubleshoot product-related issues
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver technical demonstrations and support prospective customer evaluations
  • Conduct software demonstrations and answer technical product questions
  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new clients following established procedures
  • Document support activities and customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex technical issues and collaborate with leadership to identify solutions
  • Work closely with Customer Support teams to minimize operational disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction
Product Implementation & Project Support
  • Collaborate with project managers to support customer-specific product customization requests
  • Assist with coordination, validation, and deployment of software and product updates
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities as needed
  • Support ongoing product enhancement initiatives and customer adoption efforts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of products and services
  • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support additional engineering and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Required
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering and computer science principles
  • Experience working with Windows-based PCs and Linux environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or similar solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to assess technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Basic understanding of ECG technology and related medical devices
  • Experience supporting healthcare technology, medical software, or medical device products
Training & Development
The selected candidate will receive training on:
  • Proprietary healthcare information systems and product platforms
  • Quality Management System (QMS) processes and procedures
  • Product-specific workflows and client implementation protocols
Compensation & Benefits
