Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Administrative Assistant Location: Whiteland Distribution Center – Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time | Hourly

Overview: Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This role is a blend of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities—managing paperwork, resolving discrepancies, greeting and assisting visitors at Will Call, and providing light warehouse support when needed. If you're organized, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties to include scanning in BOLS, handling receiving discrepancies that involve contacting carriers.
  • Greet drivers and direct them accordingly at Will Call
  • Greet customers and check their orders out with them at Will Call.
  • Maintain front desk area, conference room, breakroom, hallways, and Will Call areas, keeping areas clean and ready for visitors.
  • Manage the supplies inventory and order items when needed.
  • Process inbound uniforms (1-day turnaround).
  • Keep refrigerators clean and organized.
  • Keep coffee available by making sure it's always made during your shift.
  • Clean coffee urns as needed.
  • Refill supplies in the lunchroom and bathrooms.
  • Print and maintain label catalog of part number labels for receiving and uniform items.
  • Miscellaneous duties can include running errands, holiday decorating, and ordering food.
  • Basic warehouse skills include hand labeling, picking, putaway, and packing when admin duties are completed or needed by Operations Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude!
  • Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Gmail
