This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about making a substantial impact in the community by helping families manage their utility expenses. This position is based onsite, affirming our commitment to personal, direct service and teamwork.

In joining our team, you will play a crucial role in administering a state-approved program across Illinois designed to aid families by offering significant savings on their electric bills. Our program uniquely supports individuals benefiting from Medicaid, EBT/SNAP, Social Security, or those with an annual income of under $70,000. This role is not just a job but a gateway to facilitating community welfare and sustainable financial savings with absolutely no expense required from those enrolled in the program.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Direct engagement with families to educate and enroll them in the utility savings program.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to verify eligibility of participants based on program guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of participant interactions and status updates.
  • Coordinate with state officials and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to enrolled families, ensuring they receive the full benefits of the program.
  • Manage field work efficiently, utilizing resources and tools provided to achieve daily targets.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on program changes and enhancements.

Requirements
