Job description

TRIMEDX is seeking a Site Manager for Clinical Engineering to lead clinical engineering initiatives, manage daily operations, coordinate service delivery and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Apply technical knowledge to oversee site operations and direct all technical staff.
  • Motivate and coach technicians and supervisors, providing clear direction, feedback and development plans.
  • Staff and schedule technicians to deliver high‑quality service.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of labor, parts, contracts and inventory, including annual inventories.
  • Drive continuous improvement: analyze service metrics, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage Joint Commission inspections and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Administer the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP) and track key performance indicators (PMs, WOTs, alerts).
  • Approve and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Strategize and execute local improvement initiatives and cost‑effective solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with hospital executives, customers and vendors to drive service expansion.
  • Prepare and present quarterly value reviews or system‑level reports.
  • Provide financial oversight, manage P&L, budget readiness and analyze financial performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in clinical engineering or a related environment, with proven business acumen.
  • Minimum 3 years of people‑leadership experience; waiver available for graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
  • Experience managing day‑to‑day operations, staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Holds or is willing to obtain industry certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering or a related technological field.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $103,000 – $170,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance; HSA/FSA; a matching retirement plan; paid vacation; parental leave; adoption and infertility assistance; and additional company‑provided benefits.
