Job description

Job Summary:
Torc Robotics is a leader in autonomous driving technology focused on developing software for automated trucks. The Software Engineer, I - Mission Control will build and support cloud-based applications critical for the operation of autonomous trucks, handling the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Responsibilities:
• Developing web based applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
• Use cloud based services and features to bring our applications from local development to production intent environments.
• Execute the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, coding, unit testing, integration, and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile development environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with 1-5 years experience.
• Experience with modern web development languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Commitment to test-driven development patterns, continuous integration and delivery, and infrastructure as code
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good spatial reasoning.
