Thrive Counseling is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish a clear understanding of each client’s mental health status and needs.
  • Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and mental health requirements.
  • Provide individual therapy to adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to facilitate healing and progress.
  • Engage in virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for all clients.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, providing immediate support for clients in distress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain informed about best practices and innovations in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work primarily with adult clients presenting a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each therapist is empowered to use their expertise to foster an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and supported on their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
  • A compassionate approach, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on licensure boards.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in clinical settings, particularly with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and platforms is highly advantageous, as well as proficiency in electronic health record systems.
