Sterling Engineering is looking for an Administrative Assistant in Blairsville, PA. This opportunity is with a well-established company supporting its Labor Relations department.

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Labor Relations department. This role will be responsible for organizing files, maintaining documentation, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a positive personality with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.

Job Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Labor Relations department.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage files and documentation.
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents as needed.
  • Support department staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to complete administrative responsibilities.
  • Communicate professionally and work collaboratively with employees and team members.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Positive, professional personality with the ability to work well with everyone.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized files and documentation.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in Blairsville, PA.
